Full Service Weddings
MEDIUM – LARGE EVENTS
Full Custom Booklet, Design, and Service
We maintain an open line of communication for full-service wedding clients. In this process, we will have an introduction call where we discuss the big picture vision, budget, and pricing questions. In a follow-up email, you will receive a style questionnaire, deposit form, and steps to schedule your consultation. The style consultation meeting will proceed either in person or virtually, and we can get to work on creating your design booklet. This package includes two full proposal revisions.
A full customized design booklet will be created specifically for your event following our style consultation. It will include a design plan and service description for each floral area that we discuss. This booklet is the bulk of the design process; it is where we choose flower varieties, develop color palettes, sketch installations, create the table-scape, and formulate a sourcing and execution plan for the entire event.
Personals – bouquets, hairpieces, boutonnieres, corsages, flower crowns.
Ceremony– aisle flowers, extra-large arrangements, ground installations, arch/chuppah rental structures and flowers.
Cocktail and Reception – bud vases, cake flowers, accent table flowers, centerpieces, garland, linens, candles and candle holders, table numbers, and accents.
Installations – hanging and ceiling installations, free-standing installations, floral walls.

We will for-go floral foam wherever we can to not only reduce waste but also achieve a loose and organic style attributed to designing with water in containers.
Rental also includes our collection of taper candle holders, pillar holders, and hurricanes.
Delivery, Set Up, and Breakdown
Our team will be onsite to pass out personal flowers, and place any premade arrangements, and build installations.
After the event, we will be back to clean up floral pieces and retrieve all rental items.
Al La Carte Weddings
SMALL – MEDIUM EVENTS
Items Priced Individually
Clients can pick and choose different floral items from the Al La Carte options. Each floral item is designed with care and intention in your chosen container option and color palette. Clients will enjoy the simplicity of customizing their own floral order form and booking all online.
Personals – bouquets, boutonnières, corsagse, simple flower crowns.
Cocktail and Reception – bud vases, centerpieces, and garland by the foot.
Ceremony – green garland, arch arrangements, rental pedestal arrangements (delivery only)
Al La Carte floral items will be arranged with fresh, seasonal flowers from Colorado and California. We design by using breathtaking products for the date of your wedding, instead of searching for specific flower varieties. We aim to source colors as closely as possible to the chosen palette within the means of the season and budget.
Pickup and Delivery
All Al La Carte items will be carefully packed in boxes for transport. The confirmation email will designate a date and time for pick up at the Linden Co. shop in downtown Steamboat Springs.
We do our best to avoid floral foam if design allows, we take extra care to pack water-filled arrangements for pick up and stress our clients to move flowers carefully to keep from spilling water.
Be sure to delegate a planner, family member, or friend with the task of picking up and setting flowers in respective places for your event.
All of the floral items will be built in the containers of your choice and yours to keep. Arrangements make great parting gifts for guests or can be discarded at the end of the event. Linden Co. is not responsible for retrieving floral items after the event.
Delivery option is available for local venues at an additional cost.
Can I use my own containers?
The al la carte wedding service is designed for efficiency and ease. If you have custom containers and are looking for bulk flowers, please send an inquiry under the Custom Projects on the services page.
Can you repurpose the arrangements after my event?
We do offer a recycling service for wedding flowers at an additional cost. This includes retrieving al la carte floral items from the venue after your wedding and reprocessing the flowers to be delivered to the hospital, senior living, and nonprofits. All you have to do is check the box for “Flower Recycling Service” on your invoice.
Can we pick up our flowers the day before the event?
Yes, you will be able to schedule a time to pick up that works best for you. Be aware that flowers do say freshest when stored in a cool place away from the sun.
How much time in advance do I need to place my al la carte flower order?
All al la carte orders must be placed one month prior to the event date. Summer weekends so book up fast, so to ensure availability try to place an order and book as sooner rather than later.
LOCAL FLORAL AND PLANT DESIGN PROJECTS
We begin each project with a consultation to create specific floral decor for the home or business. We will source the perfect containers, pots, or planters as well as the best flowers, foliages, and textures for the designated space.
Billed per project by time + material + 15% design fee.
Recurring Fresh Flowers
This service is perfect for restaurants, offices, concierge desks, spas, and flower-loving homes. Clients receive fresh seasonal flowers and foliages on a recurring monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly schedule at a discounted rate. After we source the perfect container(s) for the project, we will drop off, pick up, and exchange fresh floral with 25% off the delivery fee.
